1. Services Provided
I offer freelance/consulting Digital Marketing services, which include but are not limited to:

- Social Media Marketing & Management (SMM)
- Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
- Content Marketing & Strategy
The specific scope of work, deliverables, and timelines for any project will be agreed upon separately via email, contract, or a formal proposal before the project begins.
2. Client Responsibilities
To ensure the success of marketing campaigns, the client agrees to:
- Provide timely access to necessary accounts (e.g., Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, Website Dashboard) with appropriate manager/editor permissions.
- Provide accurate information, brand assets (logos, images), and clear guidelines.
- Be responsible for any third-party ad spend budgets (paid directly to Meta, Google, etc.). My service fee does not include the advertising budget.
3. Payment Terms
- Fees: All project fees, hourly rates, or monthly retainer costs will be clearly stated in our initial agreement.
- Advance Payment: For fixed-price or new projects, a partial upfront payment (e.g., 50%) may be required before work starts.
- Late Payments: If a monthly invoice is not paid on time, I reserve the right to pause all ongoing marketing campaigns and services until the balance is cleared.
4. Campaign Results & Warranties
Digital marketing performance depends on many external factors, including search engine algorithms, platform policy changes, market competition, and consumer behavior.
- While I use industry-best practices to optimize your campaigns, I cannot guarantee specific financial outcomes, exact sales figures, or specific ranking numbers.
- Past performance does not guarantee future results.
5. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure
I respect your business privacy. Any confidential information shared during the project (such as sales data, business strategies, or customer lists) will be kept strictly confidential and will not be shared with any third party.
6. Intellectual Property
- Client Assets: All materials (logos, text, data) provided by the client remain the client’s property.
- Deliverables: Upon full payment, the final marketing assets, campaign structures, and graphics created for the client will belong to the client.
- Portfolio Use: Unless explicitly requested otherwise, I reserve the right to display case studies, campaign results (with sensitive data blurred), and testimonials on this portfolio website to showcase my experience.
7. Termination of Service
Either party may terminate the ongoing service or contract by giving a notice (e.g., 7 or 14 days) via email. Upon termination:
- The client must pay for all work completed up to the termination date.
- I will immediately return or revoke access to all client accounts and digital properties.
8. Changes to Terms
I reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. The updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
